My husband is a body builder. After a competition a few months ago we had a few of his friends and competitors over for a party. It was going well until the alcohol kicked in. It then turned into another competition and nothing in my house was safe. They were seeing who could lift the refrigerator and how many times they could bench press the couch. I put a stop to it once they started dead lifting the front end of my car. He has another competition coming up in a couple of months and I’m sure he’ll want to have another after-party. I don’t want to be a party pooper, but how can I prevent this from happening again? I want them to have a good time but I shouldn’t have to call the insurance adjuster every time my husband has his friends over.

Dear Buff,
Short of calling the zoo and seeing if they have any empty cages you can rent about the only thing I can suggest is locking them all in the garage and only opening the door to toss in some raw meat every once in a while. I do see a shopping opportunity here for you though. A whip, chair and a killer pair of boots would give you the air of authority you need for this crowd. We’ve known for some time now that alcohol and testosterone is not a good mix. It’s been scientifically proven that it can cut a man’s IQ in half. I wish you well my friend. Please let us know how it goes.
